NIMDH community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) Initiative in Reducing and Eliminating Health Disparities: Planning Phase (R24) Grant
Purpose: The goal of this FOA is to support partnerships between health disparity communities and researchers to engage in community-based participatory research (CBPR) to plan and implement interventions to reduce health disparities. 
Application Due: June 27, 2012
Award Budget: $250,000
Award Project Period: The maximum period is 3 years, beginning in January 2013.

MetLife Foundation Health Grants

Purpose: The health program supports nonprofit groups that help people of all ages lead healthy lives and make informed decisions about their health. Focus areas include healthy aging and healthy habits. (Note: Disease-specific groups are not allowed to apply.)
